As the first person in this role, I created complete project management processes in Asana for the 24 departments of the Division of Student Affairs improving the average timelines by 25%
Developing all internal communications timelines, collection of information, reviews process and distribution of content to 43,000 students and 5,000 faculty/staff including all messages from the President and Provost.
Recruited over 50 applicants, interviewed 10 candidates and made hiring decisions with C-suite level executives for brand new Marketing Specialist position. Created an onboarding program and supervised this position.
Negotiated new contract with email vendor, switching from Mailchimp to Poppulo, saving the marketing budget $40k annually
Launched the Student Affairs instagram account and grew the audience to over 1k inside of a month

Wrote feature stories for “Your Extraordinary Life (YEL) Magazine,” that won a gold medal in the 34th Annual Educational Advertising Awards, sponsored by Higher Education Marketing Report. More than 2,200 entries were received from more than 1,000 colleges, universities and secondary schools from all fifty states and several foreign countries.
Managed an external team of three freelance writers to produce daily web content through WordPress for living.life.edu. Increasing organic traffic to life.edu by 6%.

Interviewed 7 local video teams to create a 3 minute recruitment video. Crafted storyboard with executive leadership and corralled 15+ employees over 2 days to capture all content under the $10k budget.
Designed and wrote a 40 page annual report, collaborating across 10 departments and sent out to 56 GA Senators. After restructuring the project timeline I disseminated the report on time for the first time in 5 years.
Trained over 40 probation and parole officers across 3 cohorts at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center to be proficient in media relations and communications for the flagship PIO program.

Re-designed RFP & RFQ templates and optimized website SEO to help secure over $1M in K-12 construction contracts.
Interviewed new vendors for flooring, paint, roofing and other public construction necessities.

Second youngest person selected to be in the program, typically reserved for C-Suite.
